About the speaker: Mr. Rishiraj Singh is a retired Indian Police Service (I.P.S.) officer who was the Director General of Prisons and Correctional Services of Kerala. He has worked in different capacities in Kerala. He is known for his tremendous services while he was the Excise Commissioner and Transport Commissioner of Kerala. He was awarded the Police Medal for Meritorious Services in 2001 and the Police Medal for Distinguished Services in 2012.
